Steven S. Glickman has specialized in representing management in litigation/defense and labor and employment relations matters since 1977. Mr. Glickman has experience in the field of State and Federal Labor Law, representing Governmental entities in defense litigation and all labor-related matters, including negotiations, and appearing before the Public Employment Relations Commission, the Office of Administrative Law, and Superior Court. Mr. Glickman handles collective bargaining negotiations, unfair labor practices, interest and grievance arbitration, disciplinary actions, etc. From 1977 through 1983, Steven S. Glickman served as Associate Labor Relations Counsel to the New Jersey League of Municipalities and has lectured on various labor relations topics before many groups. Mr. Glickman is currently General/Labor Relations Counsel to the New Jersey Conference of Mayors.
