STEPHANIE M. PLATT, ESQ.

Stephanie M. Platt has experience with local government and municipal law practice as well as a variety of labor and employment matters including investigations of internal workplace complaints, management counseling and advisement, employee disciplinary matters, updating personnel policies and employee manuals, litigation, and civil rights law. Ms. Platt has appeared before the Office of Administrative Law as well as both state and federal court, has experience with both the public and private sector matters, and represents clients in matters involving the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, and the United States Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights. In addition, Ms. Platt has served as counsel to a variety of governing bodies including municipal councils, boards of education, and library boards. After law school, Ms. Platt earned an advanced law degree, Master of Laws (L.L.M.), in Trial Advocacy at Temple University, Beasley School of Law.

Engaged in general litigation matters on behalf of municipal government clients, represented municipalities in tax appeal matters, legal research and writing for a variety of legal matters; engaged in all stages of discovery for litigation matters.
