Scott J. Krumholz’ extensive background has provided him with a unique blend of business experience and legal expertise, having worked in private practice and as general counsel in such areas as commercial real estate, including property acquisitions and dispositions, and financing, land use, zoning, environmental law, tax appeals, leasing, general commercial litigation, general practice, municipal and business law. Mr. Krumholz has represented both privately held businesses and public entities in a vast array of matters. He has made numerous appearances before the N.J. and N.Y. Municipal, State and Federal Courts and administrative agencies. Scott has successfully defended and prosecuted several appeals, and his experience includes jury and bench trials in the N.J. courts and hearings in the Office of Administrative Law.
