ELLEN M. HORN, ESQ.

Ellen M. Horn, Esq. represents management in all aspects of labor and employment law. Ms. Horn has defended harassment and discrimination litigations based on protected classes including race, sex, national origin, disability and age; first amendment and due process constitutional claims; wage and hour, family/medical leave and whistleblower actions in federal and state courts at the trial and appellate levels. She has presented seminars on employment issues, including the prevention of harassment in the workplace; conducted internal workplace investigations; drafted personnel policy manuals, separation and release agreements, non-compete agreements, and employment contracts; prosecuted public employee discipline and provided other management advisory services. Ms. Horn has represented clients before mediators, grievance arbitrators and agencies including the EEOC, New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, New Jersey Civil Service Commission, New Jersey Department of Labor and the Public Employment Relations Commission.
