Denise Errico Esmerado has practiced labor and employment law in private and public sector settings since 1997. She advises management on a variety of employment related matters and conducts internal investigations, workplace training and seminars. Ms. Esmerado litigates employment cases in arbitration, federal and state courts and before governmental agencies. Her practice areas include advisement of management on labor and employment issues; employee leave entitlements; wage issues; employee handbooks; union contracts; employment contracts; non-competition, non-disclosure, and confidentiality agreements; separation agreements; employee discharge issues; employee disciplinary issues; harassment; discrimination, as well as other employment related matters. She has been a frequent speaker for Lorman Education Services and author on employment law topics. Ms. Esmerado was also an adjunct professor at Farleigh Dickinson University.
