MARK S. RUDERMAN, ESQ.

Mark S. Ruderman specializes in labor, employment, and education law. From 1979 through 1983, Mr. Ruderman served as Associate Labor Relations Counsel to the New Jersey State League of Municipalities. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Ruderman lectures on various labor relations topics before many groups, including the New Jersey State Bar Association, New Jersey Conference of Mayors, New Jersey School Board Association, New Jersey State League of Municipalities, New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police, New Jersey Municipal Management Association, and William Paterson College. Mr. Ruderman is also an adjunct professor at Rutgers, where he teaches Concessionary Collective Bargaining. Moreover, Mr. Ruderman is a founding partner of the Employment Law & Education Association, a New Jersey Corporation dedicated to the prevention of costly employment litigation.
