ALLAN C. ROTH, ESQ.

Allan C. Roth specializes in labor, employment, general education, special education, municipal and civil rights law. Mr. Roth has extensive experience in both the Federal and State Courts at the trial and appellate levels. As a New Jersey Deputy Attorney General, Mr. Roth represented the New Jersey Departments of Education, Corrections and Human Services regarding State teacher matters. Additionally, Mr. Roth represents public and private sector clients before Federal and State Administrative bodies, including the Department of Education, EEOC and NLRB. Mr. Roth has also represented public and private sector clients in collective bargaining, grievance, and arbitration matters.

Engaged in representing solely management in all aspects of labor and employment law, and general civil litigation. Responsible for all phases of litigation at the trial and appellate level. Labor Relations Specialist-City of Linden. Administrative Assistant to the Director of Special Education Services-West New York Board of Education.

1993-2004: Of Counsel to Ruderman & Glickman, P.C.; Scarinci & Hollenbeck: Represented public and private clients in all aspects of labor and employment matters, civil rights and general litigation.

1990-1993: Deputy Attorney General, Office of New Jersey Attorney General. Represented the State and its employees in employee tenure matters, civil rights, tort, medical malpractice and general litigation in State and Federal Court.
