Jeffrey J. Berezny’s background has provided him with a unique blend of business experience and legal expertise, having worked in private practice in such areas of municipal and public sector law, labor and employment, general commercial and consumer civil litigation, general practice, estate litigation, estate planning, landlord-tenant, real estate, foreclosure, business law, environmental litigation, insurance defense and personal injury. Mr. Berezny has represented parties in disciplinary actions, unfair practice charges, grievances, workplace investigations, employment list removals and disability retirement benefit appeals. He has made numerous appearances before the N.J. and N.Y. State and Federal Courts and administrative agencies. Jeffrey has successfully defended and prosecuted several appeals, and his experience includes trials in the N.J. courts and hearings in the Office of Administrative Law. His practice has included being assistant legal counsel to several municipalities providing services in various aspects of municipal law and being litigation counsel for public entity insurance funds.
